Lead GTM Strategy Product We are looking for people who have worked as Program Managers/Product managers with strategy and Consulting experience in Saas Product. Minimum qualifications : - Bachelor's/PG degree in a technical, quantitative, or business field, or equivalent experience. - 4 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking/private equity/venture capital, corporate strategy, P&L ownership of growth stage business units, or equivalent experience in a technology company. - Experience with stakeholder management and influencing leadership decisions. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and excellent attention to detail. - Ability to work and partner across multiple functions in an organization. Preferred qualifications : - MBA or Master's degree. - Experience in operating model strategy to execution in a technology business. - Experience building and leading operational and strategic initiatives, running multiple projects or work-streams simultaneously. - Experience collaborating with product, sales, marketing and operations teams to define cross-functional plans for sequencing tasks and meeting objectives. - Solid communication skills, including the ability to take complex, ambitious topics and create compelling narratives for different audiences. - Basic proficiency at SQl.
