Lead - Global Marketing - IT (8-12 yrs)
Experience:
- 8-12 years of experience working in the B2B, B2G, B2G2C space and a passion for technology with an appreciation of today's IT buying needs within the smart city, urban landscape public safety, smart transportation industry
- B.Tech + MBA (Preferably in Marketing but not mandatory)
- Understanding of Marketing automation tools such as Hubspot, Eloqua or Pardot
- Contemporary knowledge and understanding of modern B2B marketing trends, skills and approaches
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies for B2B & B2G technology solutions, preferably in the Middle East and ASEAN regions.
- Strong understanding of the smart city domain, including key trends, technologies, and market dynamics will be a plus
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to gather and interpret market data and customer insights to drive informed marketing decisions.
- Experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media strategies.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving business growth and achieving targets.
