- Responsible for the Global Invoice Processing Activities within the Source to Pay Function. - Ability to address Tax issues, Month Close, Accruals Processing &amp; Vendor Queries. - End to End knowledge of Source to Pay including Vendor Master Data &amp; Payment Processing. - Manages the SLA/KPIs around Pay On Time, Accuracy &amp; Resolving Queries related to Payments. - Measure progress towards goals, evaluate productivity &amp; team efficiency. - Ability to manage a large team members &amp; team leaders. - Maintain a robust Process Control Framework &amp; Process governance responsibility. - Manage resources to assist with adhoc projects in Source to Pay. - Responsible for timely and accurate transactional processing. Key accountability in the end-to-end process in accordance with the group, divisional strategy. - Constantly drives for efficiencies within operations in accordance SLA - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Actively represent S2P in the internal/external audits. - Ability to bring standardization in processes across regions &amp; countries. - Managing the internal &amp; external audits.
