- Project Coordination with Architect/ Design, MEP, Liasioning, Property Affairs, MoEF & Site Execution

- Team for Residential & Commercial High Rise Projects with Directors & Sr Management

- Feasibility Analysis with Director for new Redevelopment, Barter, Collaboration & Greenfield Projects

- Project Work Inspection with QC of RCC, Civil, Fitout, Interior Works

- Project Coordination & MIS Reporting to Director on all SRA, Commercial & Contracting Projects

- Software Proficiency: SAP, ERP operations, STAAD.pro, MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, MS Office, E-Mail

- Skilled in Negotiation, Building Relations with channel partners, Microsoft Excel, Customer Service, Sales, and Realty.
