Our Client is one of the largest financial services company in India and is headquartered in Pune, Maharashtra.

Role - Lead Generation

Location - Pune

Reporting - President Finance

ROLE PROFILE/JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Identify existing sources of customer data and create a data engineering platform to generate leads. This should exclude the current Direct Sales channels.

- Explore new avenues, platforms, and alliances for generating prospective customer leads

- Build a segmented lead categorization framework for conversion

- Build a SOP for effective and efficient conversion using the digital, call center and customer profile segregation tools

- Work closely with our internal lead generation teams in the region to ensure time & SLA bound fulfillment of the leads

- Do market research and study to bring in best in class lead generation, conversion and fulfillment processes and systems

- Work closely with internal team/contact center to build digital and tele sales skills for the business teams
