1. Lead Generation Team Management : 

a.) Developing quarterly operations strategy for lead generation team

b.) Working with Brand team to ideate lead generation campaigns

c.) Assigning targets and Monitoring performance of Lead gen team on a weekly basis

- Work closely with the Client Servicing team to ensure the client has a seamless experience and converts into a lead post the Jobs Acquisition trial period

4. Online Activation : Ensuring timely activation of online packages

KYC documentation : re-activation and de-activation on the basis of the same
