Looking to hire the Lead generation team head (Head of Sales) to manage the lead conversion function of the company. The role will be required to manage a team of 2-3 Team Leads and 15-30 counselors below the Team leads. Head of Sales will be responsible for Monthly order targets, lead conversion metrics, and counselor calling metrics. This role will directly report to the founders
Skill requirement -
- Team management experience is a must
- Strong data analytics to manage reports and drive data based decisions
- Aggressive and dynamic individual who can drive teams and manage large manpower efficiently
- Experience of 3-8 years preferably in leading startups in India
Must be open for 6 days working.
