Lead - Financial Planning Analyst

Job Description:

- The position incumbent will be responsible for long term and short-term financial planning, forecasts, and financial models and analysis for strategic financial insights to help a business make decisions.

- Work closely with cross-functional heads to arrive at budgets.

- She/he will serve as the lead Financial Analyst for the Company.

- Business and industry analysis to identify key trends, risks and opportunities.

- Influence Cross functional Heads and present key data.

Responsibilities:

Financial analysis:

- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

- Support the senior Leadership team with data-driven analysis and act as a sounding board when making commercial decisions and formulating strategy

Business Review and dashboarding:

- Timely dashboards, smart metrics for informed financial & Operational views.

- Optimize non-financial/financial information.

- Track business performance vis- vis competition and suggest opportunities for efficiency.

Planning and Budgeting:

- Collaborate with departments to prepare budget guidelines and maintain budgets.

Business Development & Strategic Initiatives:

- Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives.

- Partnering with business team for customer contracts finalization, costing, pricing, discounts and claims.

Education: Chartered Accountant/ MBA (Finance) regular from Tier I or Tier II colleges
