Lead - Financial Planning & Analysis - Insurance Firm

Role Description:

- Strategize and drive the planning and budgeting processes for the organization.

- Review and evaluate the business performance on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis, track deviation from forecasts/ plan and provide analytical insights.

- Drive financial benchmarking activities for the organization to gain insights about the market trends on budgeting, allocation and various spends in comparator organizations, try and align the organizational metrics to the market benchmarks.

- Provide an update on a periodic basis to the shareholders on the solvency margin, upcoming capital requirement, forecast versus actual fund utilization.

- Ensure timely submission of Plan / forecast to the board, shareholders, and Regulator.

Requirements:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance with 10 years of work experience in Insurance.
