Lead - Financial Planning & Analysis - Retail - CA

We are hiring Lead - Financial Planning & Analysis for our client based at Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

- Qualified CA with min. 2 years of relevant experience in FP&A with retail or eCommerce industry.

- Strong experience in Financial planning and analysis, budgeting, long-term strategic planning, forecasting, Finance business partner, etc.

- Communication and Art of Conversation Lead & conceptual application in business context.

- Tech savvy - ability to understand the data workflows, and understand the usability of data including visualizations such as Tableau.

- Cost Focus, understanding of Capex - Return on Investments.

- Strong experience in business planning interfacing with commercial and business teams.

- Demonstrated expertise in implementing end-to-end analytical projects.

- Providing the senior leadership with sales analysis and revenue projections, cost optimization models, develop commercial insights such as product line and supplier profitability, sales patterns and shifting consumer trends, and measure expense effectiveness.

- Should be able to understand and analyze business impacts that the reports and deliverables are making.

- First line team supervisory responsibility on process coaching, on the job training, coordinating and communicating.

- Manage relationships with multiple partners, manage escalations within process.

- Helps to build the content of report so as to make valuable contributions and meet decision making needs.

- Sees opportunity for automation and simplification of reports and delivers it through self or with help of experts.

- Ensure knowledge sharing/ standard methodologies are implemented within the process to enable collective learning.
