Lead - Finance Transformation - Consulting Firm (8-12 yrs)
1. As the Finance Transformation Lead you will be responsible to drive overall finance transformation and drive timely insight generation and Root cause analysis for defects identified in the transaction monitoring process.
2. You will be responsible for monitoring SLAs, build action plans around deficiencies and ensuring robust tracking of progress with primary liaising with internal stakeholders and strategy vendor partners.
3. You will play a vital role in the overall finance global operation model transformation journey and provide insights based on ground observations/visbility and closeness to market finance teams.
4. Co-lead business identification/opportunities in the global markets; Co-create and implement the Finance Target Operating Model.
