Lead - Finance - Technology Vertical - Bank

Lead - IT Finance & Strategy

Role:

- To manage a team of professionals to drive the Finance agenda for the Technology vertical of the bank including the domains of Budgeting, Financial reporting, Sourcing, MIS & FinOps and Accounts Payables (AP) operations and drive business reviews with Management.

- Working with the Information Technology vertical to drive strategic initiatives, and develop operating plans to deliver short term and long-term results

- Lead IT Strategy Development and align with key business priorities as part of two-in-a-box and unlocking business value through optimal technology ROI across lines of business and functions

- Conducting and oversight of financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting and business case finalization. Benchmarking and market analysis with industry.

- Key Technology initiatives to be researched and tested for business and commercial feasibility incl. overall IT Operating / delivery model and IT Strategy development.

- Identify opportunities of improvement and drive cost optimization initiatives

- Leading jointly on sourcing opportunities with cross-functional teams to optimize operating/ delivery models, identifying and executing sourcing options for them

Job Requirement:

- Qualified CA / MBA from Tier 1 institutes with 10+ years' experience

- Proved Leadership skills and past experience of managing large team of professionals of CA /MBA (10+). Managing a high performing team.

- Functional skills: Adept in finance, strategic thinking, business intelligence, data & analytics

- Behavioral skills: Good communication, inter personal skills, stakeholder management skills and result orientation.

- Industry experience - preferably BFSI or outside BFSI

- Department: Working in Finance / Strategy function and also involve in understanding/ driving technology agenda
