Lead - Finance Strategy & Transformation - Technology Firm

About Client :

Our client is a global Tech multinational with strong presence in India.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Financial restructuring and process improvements

- Working closely with CFO on Finance change transformation.

- Spearheading Change management for financial and commercial policies

- Benchmarking and implementing transformation as a strategic initiative.

- Developing financial feasibility models.

- Developing & delivering short term and long term corporate strategy plan to meet revenue targets through analytical models, competitive intelligence & industry benchmarking.

- Tracking and enabling high-priority, cross-functional technology initiatives in Finance function.

- Undertaking projects in IT M&A & Due Diligence, Technology cost optimization & reinvestment for growth etc..

Desired Candidate Profile :

- An ideal candidate would be a Management Graduate from premier institute with 7 to 10 years of experience in finance based corporate strategy plus transformation roles.

- Must have worked with Big 4 Consulting firms with proven track record.
