Lead - Finance & Operations - FinTech

Key Responsibilities:

- Experience of 8 - 10 years in Finance and operation in Retail lending from Fintech/ NBFCs.

- Should have handled a team in Finance operations of Retail loans for NBFC/ Fintech.

- Presentation of e-Nach/ Mandates for reconciliation with lender account.

- Manage MIS related to loan repayments and prepare relevant reports on regular basis.

- Coordinating with lenders in terms of reconciliation of borrower LAN wise.

- Managing escrow account for collection and reconciliation and manage account receivables.

- Should have good understanding on loan management system and accounting principle.

- Supervise and manage a team to monitor complete process of presentation of the repayments and tallying the accounts on daily basis with the lender system.

- Develop financial policy and procedure for operational efficiency.

- Good people skills and must have ability to work as part of a larger team

- Ability to observe pressure and function according to the expectation of Senior Management

- Able to prioritize requirement and accordingly take necessary actions

- Understanding of Matrix based organization and delivery models
