Lead - Finance - IT/Online - CA/CMA (3-7 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- End-to-end management of financial operations including accounting, payroll, AP, AR, preparation of financial statements under IFRS and IGAAP, compliances etc..

- Preparation of MIS, and other financial reports as required

- Responsible for finalization of books of accounts, preparation of financials & coordinating with the teams to manage tax issues if any. Perform month end procedures and close the books on time.

- Maintain various Balance sheet reconciliations/schedules like Balance prepayments, accrual, deferred and unbilled revenue, Fixed Assets etc.

- Responsible for liaising with auditors, year-end closure of accounts and ROC filings

- Ensure applicable statutory compliances are met including income tax, TDS, GST, and other global compliance-related requirements.

- Participate in streamlining and process improvement projects, enhancing the internal controls over accounting processes and systems

- Handle Ad-hoc requests and problem solving with a short turnaround time and supplement such requests with appropriate analysis and comments to support decision making

- Manage funds, cash flow, capital and budgeting processes

- Oversee the compliances under labor laws (PF, PT, ESI etc..)

- Manage Banking relations.

Desired Skills

- Candidate should be a Qualified CA/CMA

- 3-5 years of experience in managing the financial operations and compliances

- Working knowledge of Workday is desired

- Basic understanding of IFRS accounting and experience of working in a global set up is preferred

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Proficient in MS Office

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proactive to take new initiatives, self-motivated and a team player

- High attention to details and should take the ownership of work
