2. Develop Credit monitoring for stores and process for monitoring receivables from stores
3. Develop and implement system driven process for MoP reconciliation - Cash on Delivery, Payment on Delivery, Credit and Prepaid
4. Keeping tab on Marketing Budget vs Actual spends, learnings from activities carried out
5. Managing Internal & Statutory audits and drive closure of audit points
6. Drive cost optimization for all cost heads
7. Preparation of presentations for senior management review
8. Handle complex adhoc request with a short turnaround time and supplement such request with appropriate analysis and comments to support decision making
9. Lead / Participate / Drive standardization & automation projects for process efficiency
10. Strengthening control process
