Lead - Finance Business Partner - IT

An FP&A Lead: Analyzes and reports on business performance by means of Monthly performance, AOP, product/market/customer/integral profitability, Quarterly Forecasting, Strategic Review, Corporate cost budgeting & control. Forecasting and variance analysis, Stakeholder management, Cost improvement initiatives, and Team Management.

You are responsible for:

- Business Finance

- Monthly Revenue recognition and MEC (month end closing) support for business financials.

- Preparation and leading discussion for detailed business financial. (AOP/Forecast/Actuals).

- Drive analysis of business performance: sales, margin and costs.

- Responsible for PO control, compliance and management of business marketing spends.

- Financial working for business cases/ projects

- Identifying, addressing and tracking of business issues

- Analyze multiple trends and inputs to identify strategic options for managing the portfolio and making business decision.

- Analyzes, interprets, and drives value creation through funding, financing, investment decision making and working capital management.

- Protects business value by understanding and managing financial risk in line with investment governance, processes and strategy.

- Knowledge of the business and competitive environment, macroeconomic factors, business processes and management agenda.

Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant, MBA Finance from a premier institute (Can be an added advantage).

- SAP knowledge is preferred.

- 18+ years of progressive work experience in area of Business Finance with large MNC, Listed IT Company

- Ability to work with Cross functional teams and influence colleagues outside own process domain

- Effective listening and communication skills, highly developed interpersonal skills.

- Proactive and hands on attitude, goal oriented and perseverant.
