Job description:

We need a Lead Accounts champion who can own our accounting operations across two domestic and one UK-based company. If youre sharp with numbers, can lead a team of three, and know how to keep the books clean and compliantyou are welcome.

Role & responsibilities:

- Oversee all things accounting, from payroll to reconciliations

- Ensure compliance with local and international standardsyes, UK experience is a plus

- Deliver clear, impactful reports directly to our CEO/MD

- Lead, mentor, and bring out the best in a team of 3 dedicated pros

You Should Be:

- A Chartered Accountant with 5+ years of experience

- Skilled in both domestic and international accounting

- Ready to drive growth and make a real impact in a fast-moving environment
