Lead - Field Marketing - B2B SaaS (4-8 yrs)

Event Planning and Execution (40% of the time ):
1. Plan, organize, and execute regional events, such as trade shows, conferences, webinars, and seminars, to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
2. Collaborate with internal teams, including product marketing, design, and sales, to develop event materials, presentations, and demos.
3. Manage relationships with external vendors, venues, and partners to ensure successful event execution.
Regional Marketing Strategy (30% of the time):
1. Develop and implement regional marketing strategies, in alignment with the overall company marketing objectives.
2. Work closely with the sales team to understand regional goals and tailor marketing activities to support their objectives.
3. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of regional marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to maximize impact.
Sales Enablement and Collaboration (20% of the time):
1. Develop and deliver sales enablement materials, such as presentations, case studies, and product sheets, to help the sales team effectively communicate the value of Hexnode's platform.
2. Collaborate with the sales team to identify key customer segments and create targeted marketing campaigns.
3. Provide ongoing support to the sales team, sharing market insights and assisting with customer engagement as needed.
Professional Development (10% of the time):
1. Continuously enhance marketing skills and industry knowledge through self-study, webinars, and workshops.
2. Build relationships with other field marketing professionals in the industry to exchange best practices and insights.
1. Bachelor's/PG Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field or, Engineering with relevant experience.
2. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in field marketing, event planning, or a related role, with a strong emphasis on event management.
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
4. Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product management.
5. Knowledge of endpoint security solutions and the broader IT security landscape is a plus.
