Job Purpose:
To lead the Family Office vertical by offering bespoke investment advisory and multi-asset solutions to high-net-worth individuals and family offices, with the goal of wealth preservation, growth, and long-term relationship development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on tailored investment strategies, asset allocation, portfolio structuring, and risk management.
- Drive client acquisition and retention, with an AUM growth target of 500800 Cr and acquisition of 150200 new clients.
- Offer a comprehensive suite of financial products including mutual funds, alternates, PMS, offshore investments, and structured products.
- Develop customized solutions such as Combo products and Gift City offerings to meet unique client needs.
- Provide strategic guidance to newly formed or young family offices on governance and structuring.
- Actively liaise with internal departments like investment/product teams, ops, and customer service to deliver seamless client experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory developments to provide proactive advice.
- Ensure 100% compliance with SEBI, AMFI, and internal audit standards; maintain certifications as required.
- Foster long-term relationships by delivering exceptional client service and value-added insights.
- Generate business insights and new product ideas based on evolving client demands and industry intelligence.
- Represent the firm as a trusted, ethical, and professional brand in the HNI and family office ecosystem.
