Lead - F&A Transition - Procure To Pay/Order To Cash/Record To Report - BPO

Core Skill: Transition Management and Project Management,

- Onsite F&A Transition experience across all 3 towers

- Looking for Transition Leads with 13 to 20 years of experience fulfilling the below criteria:

- The resource should have experience of handling large scale Transition in the range of 100 - 300 FTEs, Global F&A, multi tower deal.

- Domain experience in P2P/O2C/ R2R is mandatory

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in transition. Should have handled core End to End transition management

- Lead the off-shore effort to provide timely, high quality responses to various Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP)

- PMP certification will be an added advantage

- Knowledge of six sigma tools and methodology will be an added advantage.

- 3rd party BPO experience is Mandatory. High end accountable IC Role
