Lead - Executive Hiring - IT (12-18 yrs)
- Responsible and accountable for global hiring of leaders for key positions in a business unit by strategically partnering with the business unit while ensuring optimum cost of delivery, talent fulfillment timelines and quality of hire.
- Talent partner is responsible for influencing diversity metrics in the BU like localization (Geo only), gender etc.,
Functional Competencies:
Strategy Linkage:
- Drives accomplishment of business objectives through HR / Business Unit Team members
- Executes the Hiring strategy in alignment with the overall business strategy.
Program Effectiveness :
- Talent Supply - Recruitment and Sourcing
- Leadership and key talent capabilities - Succession planning
Operational Effectiveness:
- Service Delivery - Legal/Statutory compliance and Risk Mitigation.
- Create Talent Pipeline for key positions in the Business Units (BU's)
- Create Talent pipeline for the BU by preparing Talent Review Planning
- Ensure quality of CV's Profile identification with requisite number of Profiles matching the
Job :
- Requirements for each position.
- Conduct weekly reviews with the business unit & take stock of the key vacant positions to hire & possible line up for potential vacant positions to be hired within the SLAs defined.
- Create dashboards with hiring metrics for BU and review them with the respective BU leaders.
Market Intelligence:
- Create a talent book of top competitors with details of role holders of key positions in each of them.
- The top competitors will be the most conventional to hire key positions from.
- In case of proactive hiring, engage with key talent prospects in the competition before initiating hiring related discussions.
Talent Fulfillment :
- Obtain headcount approval from BU Head and BU HR head to hire.
- Understand the business requirements for the role and prepare job description accordingly.
- Identify Competition Profiles matching the JD in the geography.
- Proactively look for internal fulfillment of vacancies through Talent Marketplace (TMP - An Internal fulfillment Process)
- Adhere to talent fulfillment targets, timelines and cost of delivery including profile sourcing, hikes in compensation and cycle time to close offer.
- Connect with hiring manager for closure of the selection process & take feedback on the candidate.
