Lead - Equity Analyst - Pharma

Strong quantitative skill and qualitative skills in order to produce top notch research for the Indian pharmaceutical sector and also have the ability to communicate their research effectively in both written as well as verbal form.

Responsibilities

- Develop and improve relevant research models

- Perform detailed analysis to identify opportunities and risks in real time.

- Build strong relationships with portfolio companies that you research

- Stay engaged with news and developments and ensure that all relevant information is factored into your valuations and recommendations

- Provide BUY/SELL/HOLD recommendations and present findings with strong justifications

- Write research reports with your findings which will be published.

- Interact suitably with clients as well as companies which you research

- work closely with sales and trading at the organisation to ensure that all eevant information is being shared. This must be done in line with prevailing compliance requirements

- represent the organisation at various forums like conferences, industry meets, etc

Skills and Qualifications

- Deep understanding of the pharma sector and equity markets, as well as of fundamental analysis, financial modeling, and other research related skills

- 8-10 years of relevant experience

- Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills

- ability to present and defend your viewpoint in high pressure public forums
