As a lead, help in enhancing the sustainability and reporting by: Identifying key disclosures: Benchmarking with the best practices of ESG reporting and Developing & engaging relevant content with stakeholder consultations Assist in undertaking full blown materiality assessments, Strategize and participate in developing thought leadership pieces, research documents and improve internal knowledge management systems. Desired Skills: Qualification and Experience: 10+ years of experience in ESG/Sustainability, ESG reporting and/or corporate consulting. Degree in related discipline preferred such as Environmental Engineering, Sustainability and Business. Familiarity with GRI, SASB, Integrated Reporting, TCFD, SDGs, materiality assessment and other market standards and guidelines of ESG reporting. Process understanding of end-to-end gamut of Environmental, Social and Governance aspects Conduct sessions and training where needed
