- Define go-to-market sales strategy for our products
- Provide leadership, inspiration, mentorship, and guidance to members of the India Enterprise Sales team. Identify and groom future sales leaders of the organization.
- Establish key relationships cross-functionally and with sales management, product management and product marketing to identify and attack large complex opportunities.
- Establish key relationships with multi market teams to help drive complex sales and to accelerate and scale the sales and deployment of larger solution sales opportunities.
- Deliver against assigned sales, receivables and product mix targets for the region. Personally responsible for team building actions.
- Be the face of the organization i.e. execute to the targets and build long relationships to support the brand.
