This position will be part of Salesforce Team. Exposure of Global market & salesforce is mandatory. Must be excellent in Master Data Management & setting up the processes & policies for MDM

- Join the core Sales cloud project team, holding accountability for the data onboarding process for SC

- Accountability for definition and agreement of data cleansing process and activities to support accurate onboarding of clients and contacts into SC

- Accountability for definition and agreement of business rules to support data cleansing around

a. Account structure

b. Strategic contacts

- Oversight of data cleansing and data mapping activities, managing and reporting on progress to the core SC project team and Steering Committee and ensuring consistency in approach and output across regions and accounts (working with the SC data team and regional account managers where appropriate)

- Accountability for working with existing local MDM teams to ensure agreed processes are understood and implemented

- Accountability for working with regional/local account teams to support definition and agreement of account structures for strategic accounts to be held in SC where account is across multiple regions

- Accountability for managing and resolving any issues/exceptions to parameters set around account structures and strategic contacts, working with the SC data team and providing challenge to regional/local account teams where relevant

- Ultimate accountability for final decisions on structure/contacts for SC where there are conflicts that cannot be resolved

- Accountability for final review and sign off of strategic account structures to be entered into SC

Ongoing BAU management of strategic client data :

- Escalation point for MDM team for ongoing queries relating to new accounts/entities in SC

- Accountability for ensuring resolution of any ongoing issues around account structure where account is across multiple regions, working in collaboration with regional/local account teams

NOTE: The SC MDM lead will be supported by a team who will be responsible for much of the detailed data cleansing activities (i.e. extracting related data, performing initial cleanse, initial work with regional accounts teams to gain agreement). The SC MDM lead will have oversight of this activity and will be there to offer direction, provide objective challenge and resolve issues.

Outputs :

- Only accurate relevant data related to strategic accounts will be used to set up Sales Cloud during initial onboarding

- Integrity, accuracy and quality of data within Sales Cloud will be maintained with minimum disruption to the business, enabling efficient account management and growth, and accurate reporting through Power BI

Key skills and knowledge :

- Good awareness of the complexities of global accounts

- Strong global network within the business

- Strong communication skills

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to challenge in a constructive/effective manner

- Process driven with excellent attention to detail and confidence in handling data

- Confidence to make objective informed decisions
