Role: Lead - Enterprise Applications
Location: Delhi
The ideal candidate will be someone with:
- At least 10+ years of rich experience of implementing, integrating and supporting enterprise applications (ERP concerning finance, HR and legal domains)
- Good experience of driving change within the organization as part of significant technology transformation programs
- Experience of working in internal IT roles earlier and in-depth understanding of the complexities involved
- Ability to drive C level conversations and able to define solutions based on high level problem definition. Should be able to deliver significant business value; drive business case preparation and approval independently
- Deep understanding of Finance, HR and Legal; preferably experience of defining next generation business processes and associated technology solution
- Ability to innovate to meet the organizational strategic needs without compromising the tactical/operational requirements.
- Good at internal/external stakeholder management
- Comes equipped with detailed/hands-on approach
- Ability to manage vendors independently - should be able negotiate, drive and own contracts and delivery
