About the Role - Responsible for End to End Hardware category management including sourcing, procurement, operations. Key Responsibilities - Sourcing, Planning, Purchasing and Scheduling - Value of Annual Buying to the tune of Rs 100 CR - Efficient plans for Standardization and adherence to AOP - Conduct cost benchmarking - Rationalization to get economies of scale - Design programs to achieve targeted cost savings : - Partner Governance - VPOT ( Vendor Payment On Time ) management - Provisioning and supporting finance on monthly basis - Audit compliance and supporting all internal and external audits - Effective contract management ( adherence to scope/ SLA's and KPI's of the contracts ): - Design, implement contract management processes. - Management of Vendor expectations : - Assess vendor performance and rate vendors on metrics of cost, quality, and service parameters. - Build healthy relationships with regular vendors in order to negotiate better costs /qualities Experience &amp; Skills Skills Required - Proficient in supply chain concepts including planning, inventory management, distribution, logistics - Passion to learn - Good Analytical Skills - People and partner management - Good communication Skills - Global mindset Educational Qualifications - BE and MBA (preferred) Work Experience - Minimum 7 years relevant experience with the knowledge of supply chain, sourcing and purchasing operations - IT industry
