Lead - Employer Branding & Talent Acquisition Transformation - FMCG (5-8 yrs)

Role Overview

We are seeking a smart, enthusiastic, and experienced Transformation & Employer branding project lead to join the Talent Acquisition and Human resources. The role holder will support the Employer branding & TA Transformation projects which include employee experience - (Culture, EVP, Engagement, Employee Listening), HR Automation & Analytics Projects etc.

What we seek :

- Act as a change consultant and help apply employer branding, operational excellence practices and project support the global TA organization.

- Digital HR Transformation: Develop HR technology strategy, drive technology selection and implementation and enable process optimization and improvements

- Champion Olam signature processes such as Aspire on-line talent management and on-line learning & development platform iQuest

- To partner with the leadership to understand business environment and work priorities to develop and execute innovative solutions

- Keep up to date with the latest trends in recruiting practices, the competitive landscape, market drivers, constantly educating and sharing this knowledge with others.

- Craft and lead employment branding strategy to attract premium talent for roles across the functions

- Understand the talent profiles for the organization and develop a robust recruitment marketing strategy.


- Build talent pipelines with talent acquisition recruiters to ensure a suitable mix of channels (social media, recruiting events, partnerships) are available to attract the best talent.

- Develop communication campaigns to support the talent recruiting strategy and drive candidate attraction and engagement through social media, events, and other channels.

- Drive recruiter enablement through the centralization of communications content, training materials, and through tools optimization

- Scoping, building, and managing TA related programs around enhancing candidate experiences, diversity & inclusion, referral programs etc.

- Design and facilitate events to attract Talent within Industry and project Management, events.

- Drive innovative and creative talent strategies/initiatives to identify and hire diverse talent

Key Attributes and Characteristics :

- 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience in HR function and proven track with reputed organizations. Prior consulting experience is a must, preferably in Transformation solution areas.


- Ability to build strategic partnerships. Build relationships internally and externally. Collaborates across the organization to maximize outcomes

- Proactive, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives for a timely and successful conclusion
