Roles & Responsibilities :
- Creation & implementation of candidate engagement program.
- Lead a team of 2 executives to build the relationship with candidates.
- Create awareness about company.
- Drive continuous engagement and positive experience across the candidate life cycle.
- Capture, track and publish all data points and metrics of the candidate engagement program (POET).
KPI :
- Improvement in the offer to joining ratio
- Increase in NPS
- Metrics of candidate engagement program
Previous Experience Required :
- Created and implemented employee/candidate experience and engagement programs
- Employee Communication
- Onboarding & Induction
- Candidate Recruitment marketing
- Worked with various enabling functions including Talent Acquisition, Marketing & LnD
