Job Description :
- Act as an Employee Relations spoc and first point of contact for any employee relations activities
- Holding investigations and creating insights from different data point, working in tandem with the Legal Team

Description :
- Act as the first point of contact for all employee-related issues like harassment, discrimination, wage & hour concerns, leaves of absence, workers compensation, injuries, onboarding, terminations, attendance, investigations and disciplinary actions
- Review compliance with local laws and immediately work with Legal
- Conduct and lead complex investigations related to employee claims and advise leaders and Talent Partner teams while ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Create insights from data for process improvements and share findings with key partners to develop and deliver a plan which links to People strategy.
- Continue optimization of Employee Relations by designing and implementing best practices of risk analysis, effective investigation practices, case management, stakeholder engagement, reporting and analytics of ER cases and trends globally.
- Drive cultural adoption of Employee Relations model through communication and Inspects cases for efficient and effective tracking to provide reporting to Talent
- Partner and HR COEs and provide data analysis with suggested actions to improve employee experience
Profile :
- An excellent personality who has the experience to set up things from scratch
- A robust experience in investigating cases, aware about employee laws, compliances, compensation structures, harassment, discrimination
