1) Support business teams develop and implement HR plans and solutions for designated business units
2) Conduct internal investigations of ER concerns, including complaints of discrimination, harassment, retaliation and other work-related issues
3) Work with managers and employees to address all types of employee relation issues with the added responsibility of being a representative in the firm's Internal Complaints Committee
4) Assist in managing performance cases and related processes
5) Apply ER metrics to gather insights, determine trends and develop proactive strategies to remediate risk within the business
Knowledge/Experience:10-13 years
Proven ER and/or HR Business Partner experience
Location - Mumbai/ Bangalore
