A US MNC organisation operational in 7 countries and in India it is headquartered at BKC, Mumbai is looking for Lead - Employee Relations . The responsibilities are as follows :
- Resolving grievances & conflicts and handling complaints.
- Handling union matters including amicably settling disputes and negotiations as and when required.
- Holding disciplinary procedure for domestic enquiries as per law.
- Drafting charge sheet, show cause notice, warning letters, suspension order, written memos and/or any other disciplinary action related correspondence.
- Responsible for all statutory compliances under various Labour laws.
- Liaise with statutory authorities and/or lawyers as and when required.
- Attending to conciliation, Labour court and industrial tribunal matters.
- Maintain updated in-depth knowledge and understanding of Industrial Relations procedures and laws.
- Monitoring contract labour compliances.
- Responsible for Surat location statutory compliances
- Keeping Management updated on amendment in labour laws
- Liasoning with external agency for complete HR compliance audit for every month
- Person should be well versed with Marathi drafting
