Lead - Employee Relations & Compliance - Retail Solutions Firm (15-20 yrs)
Our client is a leading retail solutions company.
Job Description:
Industrial Relations:
- To liaison with Labour department for ESIC, PF, Professional Tax and other statutory matters.
- Ensure timely filling of returns.
- Ensure Industrial Peace is maintained at all divisions.
- To take care of legal cases, if any.
Statutory Compliance:
- To ensure timely renewal of Manpower Contracts, other registrations, gratuity fund etc.
- To ensure timely payment of Provident Fund, ESIC, Superannuation, Professional Taxes etc. related to employees and workmen for all divisions.
Payroll Management:
- To ensure wage compliance and PF compliances of all the third-party employees, as per the prescribed timelines.
Grievance Handling:
- To streamline and work with the disciplinary, ethics, PoSH committees to maintain harmony.
Skill & Experience:
- Should have worked in a large setup with huge employee base.
- Has in-depth knowledge of CLRA 1970, Payment Of Wages Act, Shop and Establishment Act and other applicable labour laws as well as state laws.
- Should have worked in a factory setup or consulting.
