We have an opening for Lead Employee Journey with a MNC Bank.
Experience of Wholesale Banking products is mandatory.
Location: Mumbai
Roles and Responsibilities:
- With the aim of enhancing, identify and define opportunities through employee journeys. Guide stakeholders from across functional boundaries on journeys from conception to realisation.
- By using the right digitization, question the status quo, break down barriers, and rethink process, process modifications, and reengineering
- Recognise the tools, policies, and procedures that govern our company operations.
- Demonstrate empathy for our people, then assess the impact, resistance, and dangers of change. putting in place appropriate change management techniques to handle them.
- An effective feedback loop with staff. To continually enhance and better the trips made by employees
- Applying the agile methodology's 4D (Discover, Define, Design, and Deliver) metrology
- Create and monitor work schedules to fulfil the journey's objectives.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with corporate banking and digital innovation in a credit project is preferred but not necessary.
- MBA/CA preferred
