Responsibilities: - 1. Regular connect with key Global stakeholders for any governance & guidance level discussions - 2. Check for key updates from different channel-specific stakeholders to cascade further with operations teams (if required) - 3. Supervise Talent Acquisition and Talent Management (Operational validation) - 4. Regular training to SME on new updates on platforms, guidance, and etc. - 5. Documentation management on Channel level SOPs, RAG, standards guidelines, and others. - 6. Cascading with regional teams on release notes/ notifications/ announcements from the customers to check any impact such as impact for campaigns blasts if any upgrade planned. - 7. Guiding the SMEs on the new solution deployment process/activities. - 8. Proposing solutions to complex requirements which adhere to the global guidelines such as interactive elements in the emailer. - 9. Liaise with Global Technical Teams from Veeva and Adobe Campaign for resolution of any technical issues. - 10. Audit internal quality reports and take the necessary actions, such as identifying the gaps and providing training. - 12. Aligning with the Global channel manager to flag the observations and deviations if any from the regional teams. - 13. Sharing monthly data and observations around the mass emailer usage - 14. Providing custom solutions and support to the markets whenever required for the regional teams. - 15. Liaising with the internal regional teams and clients to get the required access to the teams to support new features - 16. Regularly connect with internal core teams to share/receive core marketing channel/regional updates. Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications: Qualification: Graduate in any Technical Stream Skills: - Strong candidate from an Email Marketing background with experience in providing support across the end to end campaigns - Experience and expertise in multiple platforms (Adobe Campaign, SFMC, Eloqua, Marketo, etc.) - Expertise in Document management and Standards Governance - Strong communication skills and business acumen - Good knowledge of Digital Marketing and proficiency in multi-channel content management.
