E commerce Lead
Job Description:
- Responsible for building relationship & increase the business with E-commerce partners & clients
- Owning the month on month Top line growth of the plan sales in Amazon & Flipkart
- Handling the end to end seller account journey on E-Commerce platform
- Ensuring Listing & Maintenance of page hygiene of products selling in all the E-commerce platforms
- Coordinating with E-commerce POC for solving daily operational issues and building overall understanding of the Ecosystem for a faster TAT.
- Building innovation/ bringing new ideas to grow the business
- Guardrail customer experience through customer-centric decision making, policies, and processes
- Building & Maintaining data trackers for tracking the sales, traffic & conversion of every product line
- Continuously benchmark with like-to-like industry competitors (India/Global, Offline/Online), and building scope for deliverables.
- Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams within the org, manage diverse efforts, leverage the teams for synergies, and deliver great sales/consumer outcomes.
- Building Process documents capturing seller central learnings, POCs, How to reduce TAT etc
Skillset Required :
- Analytical and metrics driven
- Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work as an independent contributor, work without supervision
- Quick learner, Pro-active, Cross -Team in
- Passion for growing the business, adaptable to changes, understanding of software product
- Well versed with E-commerce E-co system and terminology
- Go-getter attitude with Good communication skills
