- MBA /PDGM/PGP in Human resources from leading Indian B-schools OR MBA in Marketing/ Communications OR Masters in Industrial Psychology with a strong background in content management and internal communications
- 2-4 years of experience in employee centric role such as Engagement or Business Partnering in a large scale setup or consulting.
- Excellent Interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders on diversified manpower requirements within the allocated resources
- Experience in engagement surveys, Diversity Inclusion projects and branding initiatives
Responsibilities will include:
- Driving three important agendas for GAVL and its subsidiaries viz. Diversity & Inclusion, Employee Engagement, Employer Branding & Communication.
- Developing a three-year roadmap for creating a strong diversity base. deliverables for
this will include tracking & reporting percentage of women candidates hired, conversion of Hi-Po talent and attrition of women employees.
- Developing a strategy to hire, engage and retain women employees
- Identify channels and partners to bolster proactive sourcing of diversity candidates and partner with TA COE team to activate identified channels
- Anchoring the Employee Engagement efforts for all Business units
- Provide critical insights to the organization for enhancing employee engagement. Analyze & highlight key trends & draw actionable insights, cascade execution of the action plan across the business.
