Lead Director - Transitions - Healthcare BPO (15-20 yrs)

Core Skills

- Manage and deliver strategic business objectives of the customer and facilitating the definition of project scope, goals and deliverable

- Identify and define business case; defining project tasks and resource requirements; developing detailed project charter, project plan and transition plan depending on solution complexity, priorities and deliverable

- Combine process migration activities along with IT implementation

- Optimization of the transition methodology reduce time, reduce costs, reduce risks, retain/ improve quality

- Risk management of the whole business and operational risks and develop and execute mitigation plans

- Construct and drive process specific business transition and continuity planning

- Create and/or maintain project management documents including status reports, project plans, knowledge transfer documentation, requisite approvals on Clarity

- Lead / participate in opportunity analysis / due diligence of potential projects

- Support solutioning of new bids / RFP-RFI responses/Client Presentations and sales cycle

- Plan for, conduct and manage relevant trainings to be delivered to transitions team.

- Participate in / conduct assessments to gauge the training needs of the team.

- Ensure profitability of new clients in line with P&L, adherence to approved P&L

External Facing Description

- Lead Director - Transition

- Working experience on processes of macro business environment, trends, and competition

- Analyse and evaluate client business pain points, challenges and outsourcing objectives

- Technical association of technology to Transition, thereby possessing the ability to sell the concept to the client Working knowledge on process automation

- Working knowledge on the overall tools and technology landscape, current trends and applicability in the outsourcing environment

- Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain productive lasting relationships, even in difficult situations, with diverse people spanning internal/external organizations

- Excellent oral, written and presentation skills

- Manage change, ability to respond effectively to change, and ability to interpret and execute process transition

Education :- Any Post Graduation / Specialization: Any

Experience :-- 15 to 20 years of Experience in Healthcare BPO processes
