Lead - Digitisation - Digital Transformation - BFS (5-10 yrs)

Job Purpose :

The purpose of the role would be to drive & manage the digitization of business by incorporating new system capabilities to achieve STP. The role holders would be instrumental in helping and driving the business to come to well-reasoned decisions in matters of strategic, organizational, operational, and technological investment.

The role holder should have proven experience of successfully shaping and executing against a strategic business digitization agenda. The role holder needs to be an energized, ambitious and high-performing change agent who will lead the scoping and delivery of strategic change projects with the business.

Responsibilities :

- Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats

- Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities

- Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements

- Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions

- Understand and communicate the technical and operational impact of any changes

- Preparing User Stories and BRD after the closure of requirement with Business

- Driving completion of the business requirements in coordination with the developers; QA team; and other stakeholders; Owning complete SDLC process

- Drive Info-Sec, Audit & Ops risk observations closures

- Plan, monitor and execute monthly releases of business requirements

- Run the Business - Immediate identification of API failure, bugs & issues in the system

- Execute defect closure within SLA

Requirement :

- B. Tech/ B.E. with an MBA degree

- Prior experience in IT/ITES domain before MBA

- Experience in working in an agile environment with a stringent timeline

- Detail-oriented, analytical and inquisitive

- Ability to work independently and with others

- Extremely organized with strong time-management skills

- Experience in Lending Business would be an added advantage

- Outstanding knowledge of business change - functionally, operationally
