We are looking for a strong Product &amp; Strategy/planning leader to spearhead the journey of creating an automated collections product roadmap - Given the current life stage of the organization, as we scale up, we are building on our current processes and systems that would aid to our future-readiness. - One of the key ways to do that is by leveraging our digital platforms to engage and shape the repayment behavior of our consumers. - The current role is a new role being coined in an attempt to do the same for the Collections team in business. - The incumbent would be responsible for assessing the long term and short term business needs and marrying the same across the end to end customer lifecycle, to come up with the right product roadmap for driving collections. Job Responsibilities - To develop digital capabilities for driving repayments - Work with stakeholders to design multiple digital solutions collection campaigns aimed at driving repayments effectively- Recovery &amp; cost - To drive Overall Collections Strategy - across all channels &amp; line functions KRAs/KPI of the role: - Chalking out an entire product roadmap for Collections - Product Efficacy - measured on recovery and cost-effectiveness of solutions/campaigns - Collections targets - DPD, P&amp;L (cost) - Drive effectiveness of the team Candidate Profile: - Must have a minimum 6 - 12 yrs of overall work experience. - A minimum of 3 years of experience in building digital capabilities /products across a multi-stakeholder and consumer heavy business processes. - Experience in the financial industry space - NBFCs/ Banking/ new age lending firms will be a strong plus - Should have experience of building solutions in a B2C setting - Should have ability to build, lead and mentor a team of analysts and program managers
