Lead - Digital Operations - Real Estate (5-10 yrs)
Looking for operational leaders who are -
- Responsible for the entire Digital Marketing campaigns of the Company.
- Understanding real estate requirements of every city and coordinating and directing the digital marketing team to run the campaigns at an optimal budget and cost, inline with the sales team requirements.
- Media Planning and seamless execution to achieve targets.
- Collecting project details from Developer Relation Managers / City Leads, collating all the details in a required format and sharing with the digital marketing team.
- Interacting with the in-house performance marketing team as well as other vendors to manage these campaigns.
- Daily monitoring of the Marketing campaigns to optimise and scale the campaigns to achieve the required results.
- Generating reports from the CRM / SaaS.
- Manage and develop relations with various vendors like, FB, Google, Affiliates, Portals etc.
- Resolving CRM related issues with respect to lead generation.
- Coordination with call-centre and provide required details.
