Digital Marketing Lead - SAAS


5 Days - Bangalore - Hybrid

- We are looking for a well-rounded expert to head our Digital Marketing vertical within Marketing. As the head for Digital marketing, you'll be solely responsible for conceptualizing, driving and implementing innovative solutions in creation of our top of the funnel activities.


- In this high-visibility role, you will be responsible for key business decisions through a data centric approach, while always solving for the customers' pain points.

- The role is ideal for someone who has a knack for data, is innovative, and a go-getter. We are a fast growing startup and count on our team to be solution owners. We would ideally like to see some experience working with a B2B SaaS company, though in-depth experience of leading Demand Generation function is of primary importance.

Responsibilities :

- Drive multi-channel marketing initiatives across affiliates, channel partners, and existing customers

- Develop strategies across all channels for generation of demand, including onboarding and working with agencies/ vendors. Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content creation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis

- Responsible for annual demand generation marketing plans to drive consideration for the compnay across geographies.

This includes :

a. Inbound Marketing channels - SEO + SEM + PPC + website management

b. Outbound Marketing channels - emails, webinars, events, ads etc.

c. Partner Marketing for online channels

- Lead Media and creative strategy along with execution - distributor marketing heads and agencies to help drive consideration through Affordability driven programs

- Responsible for entire targeting, messaging and frequency of communication to all leads.

- Lead efforts to maintain a collaborative approach across the marketing team - from effective cadences with database team to handover to Inside sales team. From Branding and Product Marketing to Demand Generation - the head will need to be hands on in creating and maintaining a culture of collaboration.

- End to end preparation and management of budget for Demand Generation, Manage a cross functional team of in-house talent, including hiring and providing feedback, tracking performance and implementing performance improvement plans, as needed

- Lead performance marketing initiatives

Requirements :

- At least 2 years of success in a similar role, with overall 8-10 years of relevant experience in digital marketing

- Should have a successful track record of using and leading teams across Search engine marketing, Keyword strategies and Content marketing

- Data-driven decision making & goal planning

Who Should Apply?

- 8-10 years of experience in digital marketing in a SaaS organization

- You have consistently achieved goals & created success in your previous roles

- You should have managed end-to-end Digital Marketing & Branding cycles, from Setting-Up and Defining Digital Marketing Strategy, implementation, and Traction, conversion, and expansion.

- Series B Funded Logistics SAAS Company
