Lead - Digital Marketing - Recruitment Services - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (6-8 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Planning the overall digital marketing strategy with respect to the company's short, medium and long term business goals

- Planning and executing multiple awareness/lead generation/ other digital campaigns

- Devising strategies to drive online traffic - including web, SEO/SEM, social media, content, email and display advertising

- Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website.

- Measuring and Reporting campaign performance

- Plan and implement Course-corrections, if any

- Enhancing the digital presence of the Aasaanjobs - social media, other digital platforms

- Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website

- Evaluating new tools and technologies - Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

- Planning and controlling the digital marketing budget

- Building and managing the digital marketing team (SEO, Social media marketing, content etc.)

Skills & Qualifications:

- 6-8 years of experience in Marketing with at least 4 years in digital marketing

- Bachelor- s/Master's (preferred) degree in Marketing - Preference would be given to Engineers & MBA from Tier 1 institutions

- Strong analytical background with data driven approach

- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Salary Offered : 15-25 LPA
