Lead - Digital Marketing - EdTech Startup (7-12 yrs)

We are currently retained by a leading education company that is coming up an edtech platform that is going to have a unique proposition. This company is poised for exponential growth given the market segment and need. Role: Digital Marketing Lead

Location: Kolkata

- The digital marketing lead role is responsible for leading all digital and marketing campaigns of the company. The person will create the vision for the digital marketing presence and lead to implementation.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing including search engine optimization, social media campaigns, advertising campaigns, lead generation, and website design.

- You will work closely with an internal team of content writers and social media specialists along with external agency.

The person will be responsible for:

- Building new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.

- Designs, builds, and maintains the company's social media presence.

- Devise and execute the overall digital strategy to allow the business to generate sales lead

- Collaboratively work with the sales team, marketing team to develop lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunities with prospective customers.

- Research customer segments, clients and strategies to increase qualified leads.

- Demonstrate a strong commitment to partnering with sales to deliver on revenue targets.

- Manage marketing budget and spends and show ROI basis the same

To fit the bill :

- Graduate/MBA followed by 7+ years of experience in a Sales/Marketing role

- Experience of working in a Digital B2C Startup is a MUST HAVE

-Experience of working with a Ed tech will be a added advantage

- Strong expertise in market intelligence, sales process and lead generation.

- 2-3 years of experience in marketing and 4-5 years in lead Generation using social media

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
