Our Client is Hiring Marketing Lead - Digital Marketing & CRM in Pune location
Role Overview
This role will work in the Marketing department (Consumer, Media - Digital, CRM, New Digital initiatives& Business solutions ) owning the development of Strategic initiatives and their implementation road-map, delivery and optimization of our owned channel digital marketing campaigns. The incumbent will be responsible for how we show up to our customers every day and at critical touch points.
The incumbent will be focused on delivering impactful, integrated multi-channel campaigns from creative brief to execution across both Digital & CRM. He/she will effectively lead through a fast paced, fast changing environment and be proactive in recommending how we engage and encourage our customers, and use our technology to improve campaign performance to deliver on best practice digital marketing/ new age digital initiatives.
Digital Marketing
- Lead Digital marketing strategy & Content development
- Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing including our marketing database, email, display advertising campaigns using web analytics tool
- Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote the products and services of a company
- Develop and monitor campaign budgets
- Plan and manage our social media platforms / Consumer complaint management
- Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
- Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
- Manage and oversee different digital marketing channels
- Create social media marketing strategy and campaign by creating the content idea, budget planning, and implementation schedules.
- Promote the brand's products and services on various social media channels.
- Build social media marketing strategy and execute it through competitive and audience research.
- Achieve audience engagement, website traffic, and revenue by exploiting all digital marketing aspects of social media marketing roadmap.
- Build and manage rich contents like blog posts, eBooks, webinars, whitepapers, info graphics, reports, etc. which attracts qualified traffic.
- Optimize lead nurturing process and marketing automation through content, social channels, and email.
Customer Engagement Management
- Planning, managing and delivering CRM / CEM strategy
- Building collaborative relationships with all marketing teams to gain a great understanding of customer base through insight, segmentation and data analysis
- Management of data and CRM agency, resolving any issues that arise during the implementation of CRM campaigns
- Analysis and reporting on campaigns effectiveness in terms of traffic, acquisition, conversion, retention and revenue
- Identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations
Consumer Service
- Account manage 3rd party suppliers and franchise relationships - Call center management
- Plan & implement a brand activation plan across digital platforms to help drive sales& ensure consumer satisfaction
- Manage and evaluate portfolio data and innovation pipeline assisting strategic decision-making and Go-to-Market process for leads collected across segments
- Coordinate all cross-functional activities, represent customers internally and collaborate with leaders in varied areas on allocation across projects and resource planning
- The incumbent is expected to work in close coordination with all functions and different stakeholders to help ensure the plans are implemented in smooth fashion.
Basic Qualifications
Education - Full-time Masters in Business Administration
Experience
- 6+ years- experience in Digital marketing/ CRM / Category management
- 2 + years- experience in CRM/ CEM
- Incumbent must have experience in handling CRM set-up
