- Lead a team of Product managers to define, build and scale PL business

- Responsible for Product Experience, managing drop-outs, inputs to the management for devising the overall growth strategy

- Driving digital adoption, track usage metrics for conversion and engagement

- Work with engineering and other internal stakeholders to prioritize and define roadmaps and deliver on the road-map, drive key decisions
