Lead - Digital CRM & Activations - Tech Firm (7-10 yrs)

This is a role to lead CRM and Activations for a leading tech based startup. This role is focussed around web and app product focussed around digital so this isn't a typical activations role. Please read the JD below carefully before applying.

As a CRM Lead, the person would be responsible for product marketing of web & mobile product and effectively lead initiatives and report on key business and product metrics.

The role will include understanding the customer data and partnering with the product team to develop and prioritize the marketing roadmap via CRM.

This role will own product messaging, positioning, sales and partner enablement, new product launches, as well as partner with marketing teams to drive demand and adoption.

The role will include:

1. Understand the consumer personas/ segments and create levers to drive them towards business objectives (activation, engagement, conversion etc.)

2. Use customer research, market and competitive intelligence and product performance data to represent VOC

3. Lead all communications via emails, SMS, web notifications and mobile app notifications

4. Co-own key metrics across the customer journey i.e. user onboarding, user activation, user engagement/ retention and conversion

5. Create right messaging for target personas that demonstrates an understanding of their key business problems and pain points and articulate our value proposition

6. Partner with teams across the company including product and marketing to track the right metrics and execute campaigns that drive the key metrics on an ongoing basis

7 Develop email marketing and push campaigns to drive the appropriate user behaviour to meet business objectives- across web and mobile

This role needs an analytical thinker who can bring synergies between business insights and quantitative and qualitative data to develop strategies. If ambiguity bothers you and you dont want to work with unstructured data then please refrain from applying.

To fit the bill, You must have:

- 4 years of experience in Product Marketing, CRM marketing or Consulting;

- MBA from a Top B School

-Must have worked with a B2B or B2C digital product startup that is seen scale

- Demonstrated success in driving and completing multiple projects simultaneously and setting priorities, in a fast paced, dynamic environment

- Proven track record of leading and delivering results through cross-functional teams

- Proficient in defining and tracking success metrics

- Experience working with BigQuery, tools like Amplitude and Google Analytics

- Excellent oral and written communication skills
