Lead - Digital Channel - Banking Services (8-15 yrs)
- Managing Digital Banking Solutions, Implementations, up gradations & Delivering Digital Innovative solutions i.e. Internet Banking, Mobile Banking and Corporate Internet Banking.
- You will be a crucial part of our delivery and product team who will responsible for interfacing with banking customers to gain understanding of requirements/processes through meetings and discussions.
- Liaison with relevant stakeholders and Work with various team and stakeholders - mainly business/product team to understand high-level requirements. Capture the requirements in the form of Requirement documents.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, willing to go the extra mile.
- Should have good exposure and working knowledge on modules like Digital Banking, Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, UI/UX and other Channels.
- Should analyse the requirements for the new developments
- Provide functional understanding of the requirements to teams & clarify their doubts on the same
- Stay connected to the market through customer facing team as well as through direct engagement with key customers and keeps the Product Strategy aligned to the market and ahead of the competition.
- Assisting the testing team (functional & occasionally technical) to complete the test execution
- For on-boarding of new applications, handle multiple meetings with vendor to finalize the interface communication with existing applications
- Design test scenarios based on requirements
- Review test cases prepared by testing team
- Participate in test cases execution
- Analyse impact of enhancements and identify areas impacted
- Interact with Bank SMEs and document functional understanding of new developments
- Participate in defect review meetings with stakeholders.
