Lead - Digital Analytics - Pharma/Life Science (8-20 yrs)
We are looking for Commercial Analytics Lead (Pharma / Life sciences) with 8+ years of experience who can fulfill the following criteria:
Objective:
- Primary: Deeply involved run operations delivery and ad-hoc analytics
- Working on simple and complex business problems and helping clients
- Help build out the analytics business focusing on Sales & Marketing operations for clients in the pharmaceutical industry
Project Scope:
- The project will entail looking into sales and marketing related commercial operations of client and deliver on a variety of projects which aim at improving the effectiveness of clients commercial operations.
- Creating of new reports and dashboards and improving/collating existing reports to improve efficiency.
- Supporting the Client team on Adhoc requests originating from Client side.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Partner with clients for the understanding client requirements and delivery of portfolio Insights and Reporting
- Ability to identify thought leadership ideas, manage stakeholder expectations, drive people engagement.
- Be the Project lead and assist Project Manager for the delivery of analytics projects and design drive business solutions.
- Responsible for managing team of Specialists and providing them with direction of customer requirements.
- Help drive the analytics roadmap for the clients requirements over the duration of the engagement during delivery
- Deliver end to end analytics and be a partner to the client
- Have an in-depth understanding of Data Management, Predictive Analytics, and Visualization approaches, to help support the client in understanding the deliverable and final output
- The candidate should have the following profile with respect to experience and maturity:
- Overall years of experience 7-12years
- Years of experience in analytics 8+ years
- Years of experience in Life Sciences / Pharma Analytics 5+ years
- The candidate should have experience of different Pharma data Sources like IMS, SHA, EMR etc.
- The candidate should possess the knowledge and have hands-on experience in a statistical and analytical techniques used in Pharma /Life Science Domain
